But a happy Petit Filoux. A couple of weeks ago, I won a giveaway on the Thrifty Mrs blog. It was a Cadbury's chocolate hamper. A massive one. One that got me so excited I had to call Boyfriend straight away so I could tell him, have a little jig in the street and give out little cries of excitement. Well, the wait ended earlier this week and we got it. All 12 tablets, 3 boxes, 11 bars and more...
So Cadbury, I thank you. Thank you for being so generous in these hard economic times and especially after having been bought out by the Americans.
Thank you even more for packing all this in a lovely basket that I will re-use to house whatever crafty project I have on the go in the living room. It's all about being tidy. And thank you even even more for these two extra presents. The Phil Collins drum-playing gorilla and a super cool tea towel. Honestly, I had the best Monday night in history. It's official.
My hips on the other side, well, they're still crying.

Oh my, oh my. The drumming gorilla!!!
I'm not a big chocolate fan so I was not as excited as you by the hamper (although the size! very good hamper size!) but the gorilla. Oh my!
Ah I don't think a little 'insulation' would go amiss in this weather - get scoffing! x
Woohooo!!!!! That's an amazing parcel to win. I have a mind to start collecting bits and putting it together for me on Christmas eve. How wonderful! Enjoy. x

Wow, chocolate heaven! You lucky thing!
I have chocolate envy!!! Any left?!!!x
Oh my goodness that is IMMENSE!! I'm torn between being incredibly jealous and yet also so pleased I didn't see this giveaway because had I won I'd have been forced to tie myself down to avoid eating it altogether. That's a crazy crazy crazy amount of chocolate.
(And a mini boooooo to Cadburys who made my friend redundant when le Americans came in)
Thats FAB! My daughter is cadbury's biggest fan! xxx
Lucky you!
I'm sorry for your "sad hips" but it will be great to work your way through all that chocolate. Mind you, I'm pretty much a chocolate slut so I think you're the luckiest girl in the world :-)
xx Josie
Wow, that is huge. I haven't had some of those in decades, so many fun childhood memories. Enjoy, and don't forget to pace yourself :)
