Apples anyone?

What do you do if you have lots of apples? Lots of apples that are slightly too soft to eat?

You make a cake! An apple and cinnamon cake - it went down so well last time, I just Had to make one again.

Had to up the amount of all igredients from the original recipe, since I had so so many apples.

So I filled a 23cm round tin. All I can say is it's absolutely delicious. Have a close look, I promise, you'll be leaving some apples to go soft just so you have an excuse ;-)

Hi, I followed your link from the BBC website to get to your blog. I have the opposite problem to you. The only deep cake tin I have is 23cm. Can you tell me what you upped the quantities to to to fill the larger tin, because I don't want it to be too shallow. Thanks.
