I feel a little bit like this this morning.
Wide eyed and a little stiff. I may have overdone it last night, you see. What with the badminton season officially opened the other day, we decided to rent an indoor court to play to our hearts' content without having to worry about the wind. And so we did. But my total un-fitness came running out the door. Or rather running up my right shoulder blade. And now I feel like I'm 80 years old. Can't really carry anything with my right arm, and turning around is excrutiatingly painful. Honestly. It's ridiculous!!! Having arnica rubbed in last night before going to sleep helped a little, but you know what, it's not good is it?!
Hoping that you're all feeling a little more supple today ;-)

I love that there's a badminton season!
I've heard that without pain there's no gain.
At least you did better than me. I got in from work and thought really hard about going to the gym but never made it there in the end.
Did you warm up before you started, or were you so enthusiastic that you just got stuck into it????
Whatever you do don't rub DeepHeat onto it - the stuff is the work of the devil.
Yeah, overenthusiastic might be an understatement... so yes, I got stuck in, 'forgot' to do a proper warm up - so I've only got myself to blame I guess!
Some gentle stretching and massage, plenty of water and a couple of paracetamol should help. Oh and some chocolate too. :)
Don't forget the warm-up, next time... ;)
Welcome to my world. When I ended up with a soulder injury - through gardening and crochet!!!, the doctor told me to take Ibuprofen or I would end up with Frozen shoulder - which takes a lot of getting better apparantly. So be careful.xxxx
Ha your post made me smile :)
