I couldn't resist. How could I??!!!! 100% wool, made in England. And the money was going to charity. But now I have a dilemna. What the hell do I do with it?!! Any ideas most welcome!!
Get trawling through the many pages on Ravelry - something will definitely jump out at you and say "knit me". Hope you find some inspiration and ideas :)
I meant to say, what could I knit with it!!! I've got lost on Ravelry before, and since I don't even have the remotest idea of what I'd like to knit, it's a bit difficult to start...!

What a bargain! maybe a chunky hat? something with cable? or even some mittens xxx
This wool would make good socks! Or gloves/scarf.....you haven't got enough to make anything much bigger......nice colours, and a snip at 50p.
Would make great socks!
what a bargain! Fingerless gloves/ arm warmers I think.
hello, i'm the newest follow of your lovely blog. happy blogging
What a great find, I love the colours. I'm not sure what weight it is, but they would make great socks, or wristwarmers.
Lovely wool and what a bargain!!!
mittens!
Lovely, but no ideas here. I'm not a knitter, I'm afraid. Flickr is always good for a bit of inspiration though.
we're coming out of hat, scarf and glove weather now. Well we should be :)
How about some coffee mug cosies or a teapot cosy?
A baktus scarf or a se[ven] circles cowl/necklace thingy or some toasty fingerless mitts. All on ravelry, all good!
Or you could knit a little easter bunny, seasonal eh?
What weight is it? I like the colours. What about socks?
